Detox?Should I detox my self ? That question always come to peoples minds when they read or hear about detoxification. The answer is YES. We must do detoxification for our health benefit. Detoxification is maybe seem hard for people who not really know how to do it. I will give you tips how to detox in easy way but you must do it regularly. Actually you must do detox in your whole life but for starting you can do this in 30 days or less.
For the first step what should I do in Detox Diet?
In everyday you must:
- Drink 2 liter of water (minimum for one day)
- Drink a cup of warm orange/lemon every morning before drink or eat anything. It will waken up our liver and our tongue. Orange help to balancing PH in our body.
- Drink a tonic for liver. The example are (just pick 1 or 2) : eat red/black grape (+- 100 gr), eat 1 fresh garlic (with your food and not eat separately), drink 1 medium glass of carrot+bit juice, drink 1 cup of fennel tea or dandelion tea.
- Drink a tonic for kidney. The example are (just pick 1 or 2) : drink 1 teaspoon of honey that dissolved in a cup of warm water, drink 1 medium glass of cranberry juice or red/black grape juice, eat half of melon (but don't combined it with another food for half or an hour because if you combined it, your ingestion will be disturbed).
- Eat at least 3 times a day. Don't eat junk food ! try to eat a lot of vegetables or fruit. Try to have breakfast before 9 am, lunch before 2 pm and dinner before 7 pm.
- Eat kelp supplement. Kelp is like a seaweed that balancing our metabolism. Kelp donate iodine to our body.
- Eat multivitamin (only for the first 15 days). It will help to increase our energy
- Eat organic rice or red rice or stamped rice. Organic is better because it is pure no pesticide that use when it planted.
- Eat at least 3 portion of vegetables everyday and don't forget at least 1 portion is raw vegetables(the example is carrot, cucumber, etc)
- Eat at least 3 portion of fresh fruit everyday.
- Eat at least 1 portion of yogurt, cheese, goat milk, soybean milk
- Eat at least 2 portion of legumes, legumes of various sorts, spices, olive oil.
Maybe you think this program is so hard, but trust me this is not hard at all. Once you try this program you will want to do it more and more. It will change you. But if the all list really seem hard to follow, then you may follow at least half of list especially the first half lists.
Choosing a Detox Diet Method
Besides that lists., You may consult to doctor or an expert to do some medical treatment. Detox diet plans may include a special diet, herbs and supplements, hydrotherapy, exercise, breathing techniques and/or sauna therapy. Although more controversial, some detox programs include fasting, colon hydrotherapy, liver flush, and chelation.
